Shipping policy

At Deadshot Nutrition, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@deadshotnutrition.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Deadshot Nutrition is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend:

• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly
• Waiting 24–48 hours after a delivery notification, as packages occasionally arrive shortly after being marked delivered

If you continue experiencing issues, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the shipping package

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping availability may vary based on carrier restrictions and product eligibility.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country.

Deadshot Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International supplement shipments may be subject to country-specific restrictions. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
